I made these my self no one is sponseing me this is my honest opion.

Cup Cakes




Cup Cakes.
I made these for my mum birthday tomrow i used basic sponge mix.

4oz of sugar
4oz of stork
2 Eggs
4oz of self raisinf flour

step one you will need a mixing bowl and a soon or wooden sponn what you think works best.
Mix the sugar and stork together till nice and creamy.
Stir the eggs in another bowl intill formy and stir in to the sugar and stork slowly while mixing together make sure it doent curlde.
fold the flour into the mixture slowly make sure the mixture nice and creamy texture and the flour mix in well
Bake in heover for twent minutes at 180c.

Frosting i used betty crocker rich and creamy icing vanilla.
then i decorated it with any flowerdecorations or sugar beads.

Ths is healthy and takes goods i love cooking this on a regular basic.
Grated Cheese.
Mushroom how many you like.
Fusili Pasta.
Melt the cheese under the gril when put together on dish.

Devils Cholcate cake




I`ve recently bought nigella lawson new book kitchen recipes from the heart i collect at least once a year one of her new books i look forward to it i wait till christmas come and cant wait till she realises a new book and jump to joy well then i normally pick one up.
She an amazing chef at heart i`ve been watching her and keeping up with her books and sky program for a while now she one of the celebrity chefs i do like.
So i was look through the book and came accross this receipe devils cholocte cake, well mouth watering i fought yeah yeah it be to sickly and dry with all the ingrediants that goes with it but i thnk the dark muscardo sugar that makes it sweet a bit of nice swirty cream and i enjoy first time making it and here the picture only i ddints quite do the frosting i realised that you meant to have 300 grams of best dark quality choloclate and i only had 150 grams so frosting wasnt as great in the pictre but the look was there.
When i get the frosting done better i make another on and show all for now take care.

Food Diary

Hi, just fought i do a brand new blog all about food. I mean i only have a nvq level 2 doesnt make me a chef or anything. I love cooking, i enjoy it it`s my life.
so i`m kind of doing a food diary through the year to express how i love cooking and how much recipes actually cost and what the finish prouduct look like.
Like today i made cottage pie normaly cook this on a reuglar basic as a tea time meal.

cottage pie
Mince meat 2 for six pound
Onion two about 50 pence
Carrots 2 maybe about 50 pence
Parsley for flavour about £1.59 a jar
stock ok ok i cheat i use gravy granuals for flavour works just as well
oxo cubes for flavour maybe 2
you can use colman shpeard pie for stock if you havent got any gravy granuls
mash potaoes for topings any potaoes you require
about seven pound to make thecottagepie you can get it cheaper than that.
But hay it`s a treat and a lovely meal served with peas and carots and maybe some brocoli
to brown the mashpotao on the top cook in oven for 30 minuts for a lovely crsipy mash toping lovely cant wait for if it good might so you a picture.
